YOTA3+ dual-screen smartphones are supported with a one-year warranty in Hong Kong. The warranty extends to both local and international customers who have purchased YOTA3+ from this online shop. Warranty period takes effects from the date when the official invoice is issued. customers can send the faulty phones together with the relevant invoice for us to arrange repair services. Our

During the warranty period, we offer free of charge checking and repair services excluding the following cases:

1) Any damages done to the phones due to exposure to water, liquids or moisture;

2) Any Damage caused by applications or firm wares which are not compatible with the phones;

3) Any damages caused by misuse or use in violation of instructions;

4) Self-repairs or modifications without official permission.

Other related costs incidental and incurred thereto (without limitation to spare parts cost, delivery costs, etc.) shall be borne by the customers.

Recently we received a lot of inquiries about whether YOTA3 can be upgraded to YOTA3+ and also found out that some customers have misused YOTA3+ or intended to crack the YOTA3+ ROM system illegally. 
Since the new set of device ID would be associated with our new YOTA3+ firmware with a completely new generation of our software platform, YETI4, and a new operating system (Android 8.1), thus it is not feasible to do software upgrade although they have the same hardware. The only new device ID is assigned and associated with our new software. 
Please DO NOT misuse YOTA3+, violate the user’s instructions, or perform self-modification without official permission, else we won’t offer the after-sales service for any damages caused as stated on our after-sales service policy’s Terms and Conditions. (Please see the link here:
